Our solid Sterling Silver (S925) hardware is plated with Rhodium, the rarest and most precious metal on earth. We chose Rhodium plating to keep the silver from oxidising and maintain the gleaming shine you see on your first wear for the long term.
All TWSTD pieces have hardware cast from solid Sterling Silver (S925). We chose the more expensive Rhodium plating over White Gold or Platinum to ensure a longer lasting sheen and least possible tarnishing.
Each gemstone is extracted from the depths of the earth in different regions of the world and treated and processed to bring out their features. Our thorough selection process ensure that only the best specimens make it to a TWSTD piece.
TWSTD pieces come in our signature cylindrical boxes, accompanied with a soft fabric pouch to protect your piece when not worn. The box also includes a certificate of authenticity card and a custom logo embossed card to write a gift note on.
The elastic polymer string of TWSTD bracelets is made from a state of the art material with very high tensile strength and durability, but contact with sharp objects should be avoided to prevent cuts in the elastic polymer.
We provide free express shipping for all orders across Australia and free economy shipping for overseas orders. Other shipping options will be estimated at checkout.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
For Australian orders once the order is on its way to you with AusPost Express, you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking code, so you can track your order. AusPost Express claims to deliver parcels in one business day.
International orders could take longer depending on the destination.
Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.
Yes, we offer free economy shipping! However the delivery times for international shipping are slightly longer and they will vary from 14 days to 25 days, depending on the country we ship to.
We accept almost all the payment methods available. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal.
You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay for a convenient checkout without having to worry about filling out the checkout form.

If you change your mind and would like to return a TWSTD piece, send it to us undamaged within 15 days.
